PUT COACHING TECHNIQUES TO WORK

Speaking of coaching, as I was in the previous post, the next webcast for the West LegalEdCenter presented by content partner Practice Development Counsel is "Coaching: The Biggest Boost to the Bottom Line."

Join me and an insightful panel of firm executives, partners and managers as we discuss how not only "coaches" coach, and how to do it well. We will talk about the benefits and the business case for adopting coaching, mentoring and the coaching leadership style. In fact, I am the only one of the panel trained as a coach, but they all use the skills to develop and manage talent in their firms and increase the generation of business.

The live webcast takes place on July 28th at 1-2:30pm Eastern time. CLE credit is given. Here are the details and link to registration. The webcast will be available On Demand at any time until the end of January 2009.

Looking forward to "seeing" you there,  addressing your questions and sharing our enthusiasm for the benefits of coaching.
