Reinvention Is the New Retirement

You know how a lot of people over 50 (Baby Boomers) are re-thinking their career priorities and what they want to do for their next phase of work/life? And the younger people in firms are champing at the bit to run things? At Practice Development Counsel's *Next Generation, Next Destination* division, we work with law, accounting and other professional service firms and senior professionals who have been very successful in their careers and too busy to plan for and prepare their next career life phase. We help firms to plan transitioning and succession of responsibilities along with coaching individuals to identify and pursue their next steps. As a result, the younger people get their chance to grow professionally and the senior professionals have a satisfying path to the next stage of their work life.

*Next Generation, Next Destination* is a process meant to start well in advance of official retirement from a firm, address both firm and individual business/life needs, and touches all generations in the workplace. Our *Next Generation, Next Destination* programs are the only ones that operate from the standpoints of both firm management and individual partners.
